I've a concern that the sudden sh...Hear, hear!<br /><br />I've a concern that the sudden shift, at a time of cuts, may provide cover for a large scale sale of assets.<br /><br />Overall, though, the shift to localism is very much needed. I've always thought that Oxbridge types may well be relatively better qualified, but on no measure has it been proven that their skills are high enough on any absolute scale to make as many decisions as they seem to want.
